Please understand that your cupcakes are handmade, so may have some variations from cupcake to cupcake.
Cupcakes may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, cocoa, or other potential allergens. It is your responsibility to inform your guests of this fact. Special Cakes is not responsible for any allergic reactions.
It is your responsibility to provide a secure table and appropriate environment for the cupcake display. Once cupcakes are delivered or set up, Special Cakes is no longer liable for damages, and condition and care of the cupcakes and display is your responsibility. The cupcake tiers are the property of Special Cakes and are being lent to you for the duration of your event. It is understood that these items are to be returned to Special Cakes upon completion of the event.
If the event is cancelled, payment terms are as follows: Cancellation within 30 days of event date, Balance due in full; Cancellation 31-90 days prior to event date, 50% refund.
