Early check in and late check out are limited and must be arranged in advance. Early check in (1:00 PM) is available for an additional $25 before sales and occupancy tax. Late check out (1:00 PM) is available for an additional $25 before sales and occupancy tax. 
 

Cleaning Service is between noon and 2 PM.
 

Country House registered guests enjoy a complimentary breakfast. A complimentary continental style breakfast is delivered to the butler tray outside the guest room door to enjoy anywhere on the property (seasonal pool or fire side dining is available).

Reservation Deposit:
Country House Bed & Breakfast will charge the guest’s credit card 50% of the total stay charge at reservation time. Upon making a reservation, the 3 digit security code that is on the back of the credit card will need to be made available. Reservations inside 30 days require payment in full. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Room rates listed do not include sales tax, occupancy tax, pet stay fees, or gratuities. Sales tax, occupancy tax, and pet stay fees will be calculated and added to room rates upon finalizing reservations.
 

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations inside 30 days of scheduled arrival results in 100% payment (regardless of reason - including early departures or change in plans that would require rescheduling). Cancellations received outside 30 days from scheduled arrival date will be charged 50% payment. Rescheduling dates of a stay is considered a cancellation of the original booking and any deposits already charged will be nonrefundable. A rescheduled stay would then be created as a new and separate reservation. Charges for the original dates booked will not be applied to the new dates of the rescheduled reservation. To minimize loss, trip insurance is recommended in case cancellation is necessary.
 

Guest Policy:
At least 24 hours' notice is required for reservations.

Guests must have a photo ID available at check in.
Country House Bed & Breakfast is not responsible for items left in rooms.
Country House Bed & Breakfast is a smoke-free property. No smoking is allowed on the property. If smoking on the property occurs, Country House Bed & Breakfast reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card a FINE of $150 per infraction without notice to the guest.
A maximum of two guests per room per night are allowed to be reserved.
Maximum length of stay is not allowed to exceed 10 nights.
Country House Bed & Breakfast is accepting of all persons of all ages, however, all persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Country House Bed & Breakfast is not currently handicapped accessible. Property use is limited to registered guests only. Country House Bed & Breakfast reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

Pool policy:
There is no lifeguard present at the pool. For guest safety, at least two adults over the age of eighteen are required to be present when in the pool area. Children under eighteen must be accompanied by an adult. Diving / flips into pool are not permitted.
 

Pet Policy:
Welcome pets include well behaved dogs of all sizes. All other animals, including cats, will need to make alternate arrangements. The Country Kitty B & B, a bed & breakfast exclusively for cats, is minutes up the road and is recommended for cats to stay if you would like to have your feline near-by during your visit.

There is a fence enclosed lawn in the front and side yard for walking your leashed pet. Waste bags and disposal bins will be available and must be used to ensure a pleasant walking environment.
When outside your guest room, your pet must be leashed at all times.
Guests with pets must have medical paperwork showing up-to-date rabies vaccinations available. Pets must be treated with Frontline, K9 Advantix, or similar flea and tick preventative treatment for their and their fellow pet guests’ health and wellbeing.
There is a non-refundable pet stay fee of $50 per pet per night.
During guest room cleaning service, your pet must be out of the room. Pets may not be left in guest rooms unattended.

Food and water bowls are provided. Leashes and refuse bags are provided.
